My client would like to hire several Utility Domain Customer Care and Billing Applications functional experts who would be willing to work in Hyderabad. The detailed specs are as under: CC and B Functional Consultant (Subject Matter Expert) for Utility Domain � Customer Care and Billing Applications - Customer Care / Billing Systems , CRM , EBPP and Revenue Management Job Description: Play a lead role in the implementation of CCandB applications for a wide array of clients. As a member of the project team you will: Work with clients on new projects to define and document business requirements Serve as the functional expert of the team Provide support for the development and testing of client solutions. Help Pre-Sales in Solution Architecting of customer RFP�s Education: Bachelors Degree in IT, Systems, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Required Skills: Minimum Requirements: Possesses at least 5-7 years of IT industry experience with at least 2 years in the Utility area. Strong Understanding of CC and B software is required with implementation experience of at least 2/3 projects. Strong ability to layout current business processes and ability to develop new designs based on customer requirements and product capabilities. Able to develop integration designs based on business processes and technical requirements Candidate must have experience with data mapping and data migration process. Previous experience in system testing and end user training is also required. Desired Skills: Experience with Industry Standard DBMS is desired Integration experience with ERP , GIS , SCADA packages Understanding of Data Flow, Data Model and Reporting Mobile applications knowledge
