The successful candidate will be responsible for: Provide key inputs to the Board of Directors in Business Analysis Strategy and Corporate planning Bidding competitively for projects and close best deals Gaining familiarity with the contractors, examine cost histories and handle negotiation with suppliers and contractors Liaise with client organizations, design consultants and the community Supervise and lead a team of engineers in delivering projects in time and set budgets Manage Quality and high engineering standards Crafting final project specifications for upscale urban designs for construction of Roads, Bridges, Dams, Irrigation and High Rise Building ProjectsDesired Profile :
The ideal candidate should have: Experience of 20 years in construction of Roads, Bridges, Dams, Irrigation and High Rise Building Projects Experience of atleast 10 years in leadership position Good knowledge of international specification of various items of structures and maintaining high engineering standards Possess a strong commitment to health, safety and environmental management Knowledge of Quantities of different items is essential Should be a team player Desired qualifications: Should be a BE/B Tech (Civil) preferably with a masters degree in structural engineering from a reputed university Should have Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills Should be able to handle teams across Multiple geographies Excellent customer interfacing skills The salary is commensurate with experience and an excellent benefit package!
