I am searching for a number of WINDCHILL Xperts for a top 5 Indian IT Consulting company. My client is a top 5 Indian IT Consulting company with a strong global presence and operations. They have recently been rated by a top HR agency (Hewitt?? I think...) as amongst the top 10 employers in India based on diverse parameters one of which is employee surveys�.. They are in the process of building up a WINDCHILL competency cell to their already quite strong PLM practice which is also operating in EMatrix, Agile, Cyclone Commerce etc. For this competency cell they would like to hire several good WINDCHILL Consultants. Your home base will be Chennai/ Bangalore but your work place can be anywhere overseas or sometimes even possibly in India. This is because the end clients can be anywhere on the globe and naturally since my client wishes to put you on consulting basis with them therefore you could be required to travel and work at the end client�s work sites wherever in the world they may be. Unmarried persons may find this more attractive, but from our side married persons are equally welcome as long as they understand that frequent travel is part of the game. I must add that on overseas assignments longer than 3 months the company will sponsor the immediate family to accompany you, but if your children are school going then it would mean that you have to shift them from schools if you want them to accompany you. At the same time and on the converse I cannot guarantee that you will definitely go overseas in the short term�in the long term I am very confident you will be asked to go abroad. The job specs are as under: 3-8 yrs overall experience, with most of it on WINDCHILL PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY qualifications being BE, BTech, M Tech, MCA, MSc (CS)��.(it�s sometimes a problem getting visas for those with qualifications other than these). Preferably at least 2 yrs on WINDCHILL Extremely strong WINDCHILL skills and expertise Current Employer Company size should preferably be at least a 100 (+) people Good Communication skills Top 10 IT company experience would be preferable (but not mandatory).
