Service/success lead for all client project/s assigned, pursue successful project outcomes and focus in building a brand building relationship with every brand owner/custodian - our clients. Ownership and Creative Direction of all Branding and Print Design Projects, Internal Branding needs and New Initiatives. Drive business growth from every existing customers through a solution-driven approach and achieve customer success in all their branding efforts. Advice clients on various branding necessities/needs with thorough/validated market/customer insights. Participation in the Branding Core Team, review and approve all project deliveries. Managing all Branding / Print Projects internally with designers, creative partners and other relevant contacts. Working hand-ons throughout the project lifecycle with your team members and clients. Drive and supervise all process-level improvements and related initiatives.
