Hi, We are looking for Workday Consultant who should have minimum 5+ Years of experience for Bangalore locations.

Desired Profile :

• Minimum 5 year experience working across HR processes and systems. • Good knowledge of all Workday modules and understanding of how different modules interlink / relate to job catalogue set up (learning, talent, compensation). • Strong Excel skills – ability to manage and analyse large, complex datasets. • 2+ years’ experience working with Workday functional implementation role. • Ability to solve problems, diagnose issues and develop appropriate solutions. • Project and Change Management experience. • Proven track record as a collaborative team player, able to work in a cross functional project team and collaborate to deliver to ambitious timelines. • Strong communications skills both written and verbal. • Ruthless attention to detail. • Good organisational understanding.
